JOB TITLE : Cluster Finance Head West (Ahmedabad)

DEPARTMENT : Finance

JOB OBJECTIVES :

To Lead the Finance function of a INR 3000+ Crore business

1. Help the Cluster Head through thought leadership, Cost opportunities and support business through Financial Planning, productivity initiatives and effective capital management to deliver results

2. Maintain healthy control environment in all the plants in the cluster

3. Ensure healthy business relationship is maintained with co-packers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Financial Planning : Drive the business planning and Rolling Estimates process and develop alternative business case scenarios to assist Cluster Management in improving the Key Business Indicators. Coordinating with Cluster Leadership team for delivery of plans through proactive solutions and risk management.

2. Thought Leadership and strategic advisory : Work with the Cluster Leadership Team on creating strategic priorities for cluster and making future ready. Closely work with cluster leadership team in key decision making in execution of this strategy.

3. Co-pack and other Franchisee management : Working with co-packers / Bottlers in the cluster to ensure smooth business relationship along with driving compliance to terms of the agreement along with identifying cost optimisation opportunities. Working with other bottlers / BU to leverage joint capacities for mutual interest.

4. Internal Controls and Compliance : Maintain strong internal control, inventory and asset control and governance; support the internal and external audit teams in carrying out the audits; review the audit reports and take necessary action steps for better compliance. Ensures compliance with Chart of Authority and all applicable company policies.

5. Capital Management : Optimize the Capital spends as well as help drive asset utilization in the cluster to enhance ROIC. Work with cluster heads in ensuring the capital deployed yielding results as per commitments in RFA

6. Process & Service Improvements : Take initiative and actively support and participate in operational excellence, Zero based work and company initiatives to improve the processes efficiencies and cost optimisation. Enhance functional efficiency and service levels through effective support and utilization of Business Shared Services (BSS).

7. Collaboration and stakeholder management : Facilitate the cluster and factories in quick execution of decisions through required support from peer functions and alignment with leadership team

8. People Management : Participate in the career planning, Training and Development of finance associates in order to ensure effective engagement of associates and good bench strength.

Position Reports to :

Functional Reposrting : Business Partner - Supply chain Finance

Supervises : Cluster Business Analyst and plant supply chain Finance lead

Key Customers :

Internal Customers : Cluster Head, Business partner - supply chain finance, COEs in corporate, BSS

External Customers : Co-packers, Clearing and Forwarding Agents, vendors

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Minimum Education : CA or its equivalent

Minimum Work Experience : 12+ years

Business Knowledge : Beverage industry manufacturing and distribution process along with cost built up and factors influencing these costs
