We have a highly experienced core team (all credentialed coaches), a powerful network of International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coaches across the globe and technology solutions to address an organization's coaching and coach training requirements. We serve large enterprise clients and also individuals from all walks of life, from CXO s to first-time managers.

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to assist our sales team to develop high quality proposals in response to RFx opportunities that come from clients across all our service offerings. Proposals encompass written responses, quantitative data, and visual elements so the successful candidate must be comfortable across all these mediums.

Proposal Writer Job Duties

- Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal/request for information

- Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting completed proposals by emails

- Ensures quality results by following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone. Creates templates for efficient completion of future proposals and presentations. Evaluates options for the establishment of a proposal support database

- Continuously expands knowledge of the industry by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks.

Background / Experience:

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing or equivalent.

- Candidate must have at least 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, Business Consulting, HR Consulting, etc

- B2B experience is a mandatory.
