JD of Coach Acquisition & Success - Leader :

- As our Coach Acquisition Leader, you will be building the vision, strategy, and playbook for how to work with leadership coaches across the world.

- You will leverage your unique experience in Operations, Sales, OR Recruiting to create new and innovative ways of acquiring coaches at scale.

What You'll Do :

- Build the playbook for coach acquisition and strategy to execute it at scale.

- Build the criteria and screening process to attract top coaching talent domestically and internationally

- Conduct market research and build personas to partner with relevant associations and recruitment methods.

- Partner closely with Marketing to execute and measure campaigns, as well as design and implement the same

- Own the KPIs around MoM Coach Growth, NPS, and Support.

What are we looking for :

- 7 - 10 years of experience building and scaling acquisition strategies for talent OR Sales at the global level

- Customer Success OR Business Development Experience will also be relevant.

- An operator who has experience with talent recruitment, and employer branding

- Ability to hustle around and get work done.
