Co-Founder - Web Development - Startup

You will join as a co-founder and be responsible for building the web platform that makes our solutions scalable. As we grow, you will also build a team to support you but at this point, this is an individual contributor role.

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Owning the company website end to end- frontend and backend

- Conducting daily scrum meetings, coordinating with the design team, deciding sprint tasks and executing them in the best way possible

- Constant user experience improvement, building analytics, design suggestions, bugs and trouble shooting

- Making of landing pages for marketing team

- Make SEO strategy, deciding website map, meta tags, alt tags and help in backlink creation

It will be great if you have developed some high quality websites in the past.

What we offer:

A salary to pay your bills + equity up to 7% (based on your profile) or, No salary + equity up to 15% (based on your profile)

You can expect to get a competitive salary as soon as we receive external funding. Work from home for first 2 months. After that we will expect you to report to our Gurgaon office.
