We are looking for a highly motivated Co-Founder to join our StartUp. BoomAGift is a disruptive Mobile App that is pioneering the concept of Social Gifting. Started by a bunch of passionate professionals that include industry veterans with 20 years plus experience & couple of young, bright engineers from the IITs. The Team has the vision & capability of making BoomAGift the Facebook of gifting via a host of sticky features that build social conversations around gifting. While the Venture is in a Boost strap mode right now it has the ambition to go global in the near future on the back of its unique asset light, scalable business model, and a highly experienced & globally networked team. Position: Co-Founder- VP Marketing Mobile Application - Startup Location: Delhi/NCR RESPONSIBILITIES : - Mobile Marketing will manage marketing program including app engagement campaigns, app re-engagement campaigns, and push messaging. Drive transactions on the application. - Youth / Influencer/ Content marketing - a blend of online & offline initiatives to create a viral / network effect esp for adoption among the youth - Drive strategic initiatives & tie-ups with other large platforms to proliferate user base & adoption - Establish key performance indicators and success metrics for all mobile and app marketing platforms, track results for all efforts and create consistent reporting and recommendations based on this analysis. - Manage and create the digital media plan for the application in India with alignment on all product launches, marketing campaigns, and other key events Manage all growth hacking and digital experiments to formulate and test growth and user acquisition hypotheses. - Explore new revenue and user growth opportunities with idea generation, analysis, experimentation, and testing. - Simplify the complex wish lists into the actionable plan, limit the scope and execute on daily, a weekly and monthly release of marketing and functionalities that can help consumers and business. - You will be gathering Consumer insights & business requirements in as much detail as practically feasible and build a world-class product along with the Product Head - As a Co-Founder your main job will be market development and sales and marketing operations of the high-performance mobile application in android & iOS. - We have a strong product & ~25,000 downloads on play store. The company is funded by the founders so far and we are in conversations with a few VCs to raise funding. Equity-only compensation involved until the company is funded. Desired Profile : - Minimum 3 Years of Exp in e-Commerce/ Mobile Application Growth hacking and marketing.
