Qualification

- 4 to15 Years of Experience overall

- Prior experience in technology implementation will be an added advantage

- Should have head recruitment team in their organisation

- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA- degree from a premium institution will plus- for this role

- Exceptional analytical skills and- a- high level of comfort with- large- data- sets- to- be able to- understand key metrics and apply these to optimizations-

- Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking skills
