Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Founder with a deep understanding of Product Management, Growth, Strategy and Branding to help establish and grow our executive search firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and be able to leverage these relationships to attract high-growth technology companies and place top-tier talent for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Co-create the vision and mission of the company and set the direction for growth and expansion

Create and implement strategies to grow the company's brand and presence in the market.

2. Manage and oversee the growth team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention.

3. Drive thought leadership in the Product Management space through participation in industry events, speaking engagements, and content creation

4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product management industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and best practices

5. Oversee branding and marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and credibility of the firm

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.

6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

7. Build a high-performance culture by developing and motivating the team, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of experience in Sales, growth, strategy and branding

2. Proven track record of driving company growth and creating a strong brand impact in the market.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

4. Extensive network of contacts within the technology industry, specifically within Product Management and Leadership

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

6. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and experiment.

7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
