Looking for a co-founder to collaborate on key strategic and operational issues. Opportunity to start an innovative fintech company with real potential to penetrate urban and semi urban markets in India. Options regarding compensation and equity (open to investment) can be discussed depending on the work experience.

Ideal background

Must have at least 3 years of experience

Looking for someone with a background in retail and commercial banking. Can include back office (credit/banking operations), middle office (credit administration) or front office. Exposure to gold loans is a great plus.
