Job Title: Co-founder/Chief Technology Officer

Introduction:

We are looking at setting up an ecosystem where individuals can create/respond to polls in real-time, share opinions and get rewarded to participate in brand interactions. We are aiming at simplifying the interaction between brands and consumers by democratizing the communication platform. The venture is the brainchild of alumni of premier institutions like IIM Calcutta, London Business School and INSEAD.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:

- 1-5 years of experience in coding/design roles in Internet companies

- Experience in launching and scaling products

- Highly analytical and number driven individual with a creative bent of mind

- In-depth knowledge of technologies like PHP, Ruby on rails or Python

- Strong experience with CSS, HTML, XML, AJAX and JavaScript Libraries

- Native Android/iOS App Development experience and demonstrated success in defining and launching mobile/web apps

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from top colleges IIT/NIT etc. or strong technical experience in any e-commerce/ technology startup

Job Profile/ Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the product development from a technical standpoint, and take end-to-end responsibility for all things technical for the product from technology selection to architecture and design as per agreed timelines

- Design and implement engineering best practices for scalability, sustainability, security, and performance of the web front end

- Over a period of time build a strong team, handle and motivate them

- Understand and identify the changing trend in technology and implement them for the business success

- Build back-end tools to automate business processes for marketing & customer engagement and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users

- Manage the entire front end and back end operations of the technology involved across the company

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be a combination of Equity and Cash. Cash compensation would be low initially and will grow with time. Formal paperwork for equity allocation will be processed only once the Website/Application goes live.
