We provide small group classes that meet over live video chat where learners are connected with teachers and classmates who share their interests. The classes are on a wide variety of topics across math, science, English & communication, coding, robotics, logic & critical thinking, etc. We are guided by our vision to inspire and empower every kid to discover and attain his/her potential.

The product vision and broad specifications are defined and MVP development is at an advanced stage.

About The Position :

Co-founder & CTO (founding Team member) with core ownership of building Product/s and the platform from ground up. As the CTO, you will head the Technology vertical and work towards product and project deliverables.

Some of the key responsibilities associated with this role include :

- Further development and launch of MVP from the current level

- Development of the next phase (post MVP) of the platform

- Ensuring the platform operation and experience is seamless for all stakeholders

- Hiring the right talent and building a strong Engineering team

- Constantly learning new things about tech and entrepreneurship

- Help in making crucial business decisions and shape the product journey

Important Aspects to consider :

- The role requires a long term commitment and very high passion

- Equity only role - Currently, there is no salary associated with the position.

- Part-time commitment is fine for now (full-time once the first round of funding is raised)

We are looking for :

- B.Tech/M.Tech (B.E./M.E) - Computer Science from IITs, NITs, BITs, IIITs with 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- Tenured Engineering Leader with past experience in leading Technology companies / Startups in the role of Senior Engineering Manager / Director of Engineering / VP, Engineering (Experience from Saas Startup/business is an added advantage)

- Should be a Full-stack developer with deep knowledge in multiple technologies (cross-stack) and have a deep understanding of business domains, technical stacks, programming languages, environments out of which last 5 yrs of expertise in running a Digital Experience Platform technology team.

- Should have a hands-on approach, ability to architect, design, and develop highly complex applications from the ground up.

- Should be able to hire, mentor, motivate engineers and own the engineering charter.

- Experience in managing delivery across a breadth of technical domains.

- Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems

- Familiar with Agile product development methodology

- Ability to effectively communicate and influence both technical and non-technical customers

- Strong technical troubleshooting and performance analysis on issues during the implementation/support

- Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly absorb customer requirements and translate into technical solutions

- Staying on top of technology trends and development, across the globe

- Product thinking is a must

Compensation :

As we are a pre-seed and pre-revenue start-up, we are offering only Equity shares initially.

We are open to candidates joining on a part-time basis for now and moving to full-time once the first round of funding is raised.
