The brand visualization role is responsible for bringing CNSI's employer brand vision to life visually. This person works closely with various leadership members in executing assigned projects with high-quality output across multiple formats and channels.

About the Job:


The employer branding role is responsible for bringing CNSI's employer brand vision to life visually. This person works closely with various leadership members in executing assigned projects with high-quality output across multiple formats and channels.


What you will do:


- Design and develop a robust employer branding plan from conception to implementation


- Drive the Employee Value Proposition and talent attraction strategy externally and internally


- Identify and recommend progressive tools and strategies for building the employer brand


- Create an engaging and innovative design library adhering to company branding guidelines and image


- Create aesthetic & effective visual design assets to work synergistically with content for multiple strategic channels.


- Passion for designing communication concepts and unique intuitive experiences across platforms (blogs, podcasts, video streams).


- Responsible to promote one of the company's strategic dimension: employer of choice


Who you are:


- Bachelors degree required, preferably in marketing & communications (media arts, advertising, public relations, or related field); Masters degree / MBA preferred OR Bachelors degree in graphic design, communication design.


- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Branding or Employer branding/Recruitment Marketing, preferably in the technology industry.


- Strong research skills, with excellent understanding and proven track record in marketing and communications, including digital marketing and the ability to apply that in Talent Branding.


- Experience in social media and communications, consistent and robust writing skills in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging (copywriting for social media posts, blogs, articles, etc.)


- Proven previous experience in creating graphics/animations/videos for different platforms including but not limited to social media.


- Working knowledge of creating animations and video editing preferred.


- A collaborative spirit and stakeholder management skills.


- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.


- An eye for detail, a positive attitude, and creativity.


- Excellent command over written and spoken English.
