The incumbent will manage and deliver the L&D function, under guidance, to facilitate achievement of current & future business objectives. He/she will identify and work with Regional Talent Specialist (APAC) and champions of learning, across the organization to create a culture of learning for continuous improvement in people and processes.   The key responsibilities for the role will include :   - Support in designing & execution of L&D strategy, aligned to business drivers and people practices.  - Coordinate for all types of Behavioral / Functional / Generic / Leadership / Management / E-learning / Compliance related trainings.  - Work closely with Regional Talent Specialist (APAC) and Senior leadership team to identify training needs and implement the interventions.  - Design, document and manage all L&D related records & formats, as per process :  - Annual Training Plan  - Quarterly Training Calendar  - Training Mandays / Manhours  - Pre & Post Test  - Attendance  - Feedback  - Follow up  - Local administrator for Learning Management System.  - Manage annual L&D budget & expenses with Regional Talent Specialist (APAC).  - Facilitate Trainer identification, evaluation & review.   - Play an active role in creating a learning environment for adequate skill building, knowledge sharing & development of competencies at organization and individual level for short & long term business goals  - Support in building internal training capabilities and manage a healthy balance of external and internal trainer capabilities.   - Establish, improvise and maintain a learning / training assessment system to evaluate the effectiveness of learning outcomes as per business needs and provide regular update to Regional Talent Specialist (APAC) & management.  - Responsible for preparing for Reporting, Audit & Reviews.  - Manage new joinees- induction program - Campus, Laterals.  Candidate Description :   - Relevant experience in the area of learning and development.  - Demonstrated understanding of L&D processes & alignment with the business.  - Experience in planning, designing & executing learning interventions.  - Excellent communications skills (verbal & written).   Behavioural Attributes :   - Excellent interpersonal skills.   - Ability to work collaboratively with other functional groups.   - Conceptual knowledge and learnability to develop business acumen specific to the industry and organization.   Qualifications :   - MBA with specialization in HR from leading business school.   - Around 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing a variety of learning solutions.   Incumbent should be comfortable to travel between Greater Noida / Gurgaon
