CMS Info Systems - Manager - Talent Acquisition (Female Candidates Only)


- Develops and implements a state of the art, customer focused, creative recruiting strategy.

- Continually assesses the business demand plan and organizes the various resources as required. Plans and directs staff in carrying out strategies and goals including providing leadership in innovative techniques and recruiting strategies that that ensure high quality hires in a cost effective and timely manner.

- Partners closely with Business leaders and Regional HR partners collaborating on workforce management strategies throughout the organization.

- Drive recruitment process to ensure timely action, cost effective strategies and a positive experience for all prospective candidates.

- Develops and manages relationships with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants.

- Determines Internet/Online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates for the various business groups.

- Ensures the development and management of on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs, trade shows, and media presence.

- Manages resume and applicant tracking systems and develops and maintains reports for CHRO.

- Works with Business HR Managers to drive diversity recruitment strategies at all organizational levels.

- Articulates the CMS's value proposition to prospective candidates and - sell- them on the opportunity.

- Establishes trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, HR and BU Recruiters.

- Manages internal executive clients by evaluating client needs and addressing concerns and diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change

- Ability to respond to competing priorities across the organization and manage several projects simultaneously.
