- Job Title:- Branch Manager (Cash Logistic- Financial Services)

- Reports to:- Regional Manager Gujarat

- Supervises:- Operations Manager, Supervisor, reporting staff, Branch mail vault custodian, movement coordinator, vault in charge, vault staff, branch hub incharge.

- Function/Department:- Operations

- Location:- Bharuch, Gujarat

- Experience:- 2+ years, -Qualifications:- Graduate and above

- Purpose of the Job:- Lead branch operations, drive growth, and enhance efficiencies.

- Main Duties:

- Verify daily operation records

- Maintain operational efficiencies

- Interface cross-functionally

- Ensure compliance

- Oversee ATM, CDP, CIT operations

- Provide motivation to staff

- Improve operational efficiencies

- Working Relationships:- Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager, Service Providers, banks, clients, and regional managers.

- Key Dimensions:- Analyze risk, optimize costs, enhance productivity, improve service delivery, and operational efficiency.
