CMS Info Systems - Lead - Business Finance (13-20 yrs)

- Responsible for financial planning/budgeting/forecasting, plan and control initiatives of Cost Efficiency.

- SPOC for Zonal/Regional Leads across India for their financial performance and insights

- Managing financial budgeting and regular rolling forecasts by gathering inputs from stakeholders

- Preparing Overall & Regional MIS.

- Assisting CEO & BU Head with structured data points for strategic planning and decision making

- Designing financial systems to ensure accurate and time bound information flows into dashboards

- Examining and evaluating the cost efficiency of each department for effective use of resources

- Liaison between the Corporate (Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Accounting) and Operations teams (Central, Zonal and Regional) present across India

- Mapping out growth plans and generating financial forecasts

- Preparing cost control strategy for India and detailed cost control measures.

- Monthly performance review and understanding reasons for under performance

Accounts Receivable

- Manage incoming payments and remittance advices, apply and allocate cash.

- Perform month end activities, reconcile bank and customer accounts, bad debt provisioning.

- Provide financial and management reports, assist in general financial analysis and enquiries.

- Maintain accounts receivable files and records.

- Support Credit Risk Management / Overdue Collection

(B) Monitor overdues and dunning.

- Maintain Credit Risk related customers.

- Manage blocked documents and provide customer information to business.

- Support managing customer insolvencies

(C) Continuous Improvement & Compliance

- Apply work instructions and working references and ensure adherence to defined standard operations procedures

- Ensure proper knowledge transfer between all involved team members.

- Support improvement projects and scope enhancement / knowledge transfer activities.

- Participate in daily team briefings and regular team meetings.

( D) People and Relationship Management

- Maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside of the CMS to whom information is provided or from whom information is gathered.

- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers
