CMS Info Systems - HR Professional - Payroll Management (10-12 yrs)
We're specifically looking for professionals handling Indian Payroll and a headcount of 2000+
Job Description :
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and Timely.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Team handling
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
- Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income, social security taxes, employer's social security, and workers compensation payments (Minimum wages)
- Maintaining reconciliation of salary.
- Should have knowledge of handling internal and external Audit
- Should have handled Form 16 activity.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Ensuring timely provisional activity
- Maintaining variable payments records
- Maintain Loan, salary advance recovery records
- Making salary dashboards and MIS
- F&F handling and GMC, GPA and GTL
Statutory Compliance :
- Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Accountable for statutory requirements like PF,CPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare fund and other Tax withholdings and liaise with the concerning government agencies to ensure timely credit / disbursement.
