CMS Info Systems - Engineering Manager - C++/NET/MVC/Python/Go

Responsibilities:

- Experience in programming languages C++,.NET, MVC, Python, or Go

- Partner with both engineering and cross-functional teams to build, scale, and implement elegant Application Infrastructure solutions that scale and are built with enterprise-class operational excellence.

- Leverage your experience as a leader and engineer to lead, inspire, and influence the team.

- Manage engineering teams working across the full stack.

- From payments, logistics or allied financial domains

Required Skills/qualifications

- 10+ years of experience crafting world-class experience designing and deploying digital enterprise-grade solutions.

- At least one year experience as leader of an engineering team

- Experience leading engineering teams with e2e full stack ownership

- Experience in Agile work methodology

- Experience on ML and Data science will be advantage

- Worked on testing automation

- Relevant development experience related to services, platform, APIs, and Frontend frameworks.

- Experience with SOAP, Microservices, and RESTful Architecture.

- Experience in programming languages C++,.NET, MVC, Python, or Go.

- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and infrastructure, preferably in a high release velocity/startup environment, is a plus.

- Experience in engineering infrastructure development with the latest cloud-native technologies like Containers (Docker), Kubernetes, Public Clouds, etc.,

- Familiarity with info security architecture is a plus

- Set up of coding standards

- Work on re-usability of components

- Set up software quality and productivity metrics
