Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Performance:

- Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for the branch, contributing significantly to overall company goals.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition objectives.

- Build a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

- Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and knowledge within financial services.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure exceptional customer service within the branch, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships.

- Identify and address customer needs, providing personalized financial solutions and product recommendations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders.

Financial Management & Operations:

- Manage all aspects of branch operations, including budgeting, cash flow, and expense control.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards and internal policies within the branch.

- Oversee daily branch processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.

- Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to provide sound financial advice.

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
