CMS Info Systems - Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

Branch Operations & Efficiency:

- Verify daily operational records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Identify and implement strategies to optimize branch operations and maintain efficiency.

- Oversee ATM, Cash Deposit Services (CDPs), and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) operations to ensure smooth and secure cash flow.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Motivate and guide your team to achieve individual and branch goals.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain operational integrity.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

- Ensure exceptional service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.

- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics, supply chain, financial services, or NBFC industry.

- Proven track record of success in managing cash logistics operations and ensuring operational efficiency.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and development=
