Collections Head Emerging Business

- Formulate strategy for collection business and recovery in assigned DPD buckets and conduct periodic reviews with the collection executives/managers for performance improvement.

- Create a pan India team of team leaders and collection executives (5000+ executive) and tie-up with regional collection agencies to expand the reach

- Work on initiatives that can enhance efficiency and automation of collection processes for better effectiveness.

- Set productivity targets & monitor performance of the Collection Managers, agencies.

- Track and analyze reports and MIS, review and implement performance sheets and provide feedback for course correction

- Implement & improve collection processes such as payment reconciliation & statutory compliance and review account allocations and collections targets by bucket to agencies/ in house team.

- Ensures that all written correspondence complies with policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact

- Ensure that the team follows all the guidelines and processes set by the organization.
