Cluster Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics - Distribution Center (7-10 yrs)
- To oversee smooth functioning of 5-6 Distribution centers.
- To prepare MIS & other data to provide feedback to Project Managers.
- To ensure implementation of SOPs
- To maintain inventory and distribute ordered stock at the different distribution centers on daily basis.
- To Coordinate with DC managers to plan inventory level.
- To share MIS reports with the customer as per the timelines decided.
- To Coordinate with logistics team for transportation of stock
- To forward daily MIS reports to HO
- To monitor manpower and use it at optimum level
- To Coordinate and communicate with customers on daily basis for the movement of their stocks from and to the warehouse.
Reporting Structure :
Reports to: Project Manager
Reportees : Distribution Centre Managers
Requirements :
- The ideal candidate should have 7-8 plus experience.
- Very good communication skill.
- Skilled in maintaining distribution operations by initiating, coordinating & enforcing procedures & policies.
- Understanding of safety standards, inventory control and managing manpower efficiently.
Desirable:
- Graduate/Postgraduate
