Cluster Manager - NBFC (7-14 yrs)

Job Title / Designation - Cluster Manager
Reporting - Business Head
Location - Indore
Experience required - 7 to 14 yrs
Salary Range - 10 to 17 Lacs
Education Qualification - MBA (Preferably )
Key Responsibilities :
1) Sales & Service - 60% (30% Each)
- Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Area Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management.
- Maintain desired portfolio quality for specific Area assigned to him.
- Own overall branch objectives and branch supervision.
- Ensure achievement of overall branch targets by generating business through team.
- Effectively manage the Customer Grievances by ensuring the trigger to appropriate authority.
- Provide support for product launches, and champion new sales initiatives.
2) Compliance and Risk Management - 10%
- Ensure operations, risk control and process adherence at branches.
- Maintain branch audit scores.
- Ensure RBI & Other Audits and Inspections.
3) Branch Administration Management - 15%
- Adhere to standardised branch guideline for the Area assigned.
- Upkeep and maintain the branches.
- Ensure availability of necessary infrastructure in branch.
- Champion and take responsibility of all initiatives taken by HO.
- Ensure all complaints are resolved within TAT.
4) Team Management - 15%
- Ensure Periodic Performance Discussion with Branch Team.
- Managing and Engaging the Branch Team effectively to deliver on the Strategic Goals.
- Ensure regular coaching and training of the Branch Staff on customer centricity.
Ideal Candidate features - Past work experience specifically into mortgage loan, effective team management skill, Relationship oriented, Good Knowledge of Banking & Operations.
