Cluster Manager - Loan Against Property

Urgent Opening for the post of Cluster Manager -LAP/Bangalore !!

Responsibilities (Tentative):

- Responsible for driving and delivering budget numbers on Balance Sheet and Interest Income, Fee and Cross Sell Revenues month on month for LAP business in the respective region

- Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top notch performance, desired productivities, market

- Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.

- Drive the activation and delivery agenda for new locations.

- To provide sponsorship support to the deals and client engagements with internal and external stakeholders.

- To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.

Primary Skill:

- Exceptionally strong in Relationship management and origination.

- Should have strong connects with customer franchise.

- Should be a strong people manager with exceptional drive and energy levels.
