Purpose: To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.
Role Description:
Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to:
- Improves operational standards of Clinics / Regions handling.
- Responsible for delivery of Sales Target.
- Reporting to Management about Performance of Sales Team/ Operational standards Reports / CRM Implementation.
- To be responsible for Product Counseling, Reminder Calls, Follow up Calls.
- Train, guide and motivate the sales / clinic teams.
- To be responsible for marketing activities (Tie-ups with various institute, local vendors) for lead generation.
- To be responsible for supervising, monitoring and to overlook the team to maximize revenue.
- Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
- To be responsible for assisting in interviewing, recruiting, and training staffs.
- To be responsible for retention and daily appreciation of staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
- Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
- Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs.
- To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.
- Should take up Hair Treatments as and when required / instructed incase of exigency and emergency requirement.
