Cluster Manager(Only from Premier Collages) - Females
- Handling Channel Sales in one particular Zone at about 2000 Cr.
- State Head and ASMs(10-15) will Report to this person.
- Reporting to VP-Sales
- MBA pass out Batch- 2012-2016( Only From Premier B-Schools)
- Salary Range up to - 85 LPA
- Candidates from FMCG/FMCD/Pharma will be preferred.
Job Profile :
- Responsible annual top-line of 2000 crores and part of Regional leadership team
- Responsible for Top line delivery across all Categories and key brands in the portfolio
- Responsible for bottom-line as well keeping tab on both direct and indirect costs
- Regular category engagement with Category heads and VPs to align micro marketing plans,category strategy, deciding on ATL and BTL for the region on the basis of changing market dynamics keeping in mind profitable growth i.e market share gains
- Report back to the CEO every quarter on the progress of the circle
- Developing channel strategy keeping in mind the top-line growth and profitability
- Coaching and mentoring the team of managers and executives for superior results
