One of India's New Generation Bank is inviting applications for the role Cluster Manager Business Account/Current Account

Job Responsibilities :

Financial Responsibilities : 

- Innovate and develop segment specific propositions (Professionals, Real Estate, IT & ITES, Travel & Tourism, Gems & Jewellery, Media & Entertainment, Food & Beverages, Retailers, etc.).

- Ensure value enhancement in the mapped portfolio. Manage and analyze portfolio quality Drive customer acquisition Manage and analyze portfolio quality

- Develop Sales Pitch, Brochures, Collaterals, Sales Aids in collaboration with marketing

- Non Financial Responsibilities

- Develop Sales Pitch, Brochures, Collaterals, Sales Aids in collaboration with marketing team

- Define and ensure effective / active customer engagement, customer life cycle & campaign management framework Manage, mentor and motivate the BOs (CA) team and evaluate and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs

- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy Closely working with the Product & Program teams lending strategic, tactical & program support to the line business in achieving organizational objectives

- Conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients Have overall responsibility of planning and setting the regional sales numbers and profitability of the business Manages the team of current accounts with an end result of building a quality portfolio in line with the budgets

- Ensure continuous training and mentoring of team to keep them updated and motivated Drive various marketing activities through the team with the help of Product Team

- Monitor the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the sales teams and drive the sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled

- Ensure productivity benchmarks are met To work closely with stakeholders to identify and drive system developments towards process simplifications Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
