Summary of the position: Responsible for Delivering and maximizing Beer Sales, Distribution, Profitability Product visibility & display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the cluster level and parameters by the Company. Qualification and Skill Set - 15-25 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing function preferred from Alco Beverages background but not mandatory. - Understand various evolving trade channels - Job requires field visits/travel and close in field contact with the Sales Officers/ Sales Managers to ensure in market implementation, grasping market intelligence and feed to HO and coach the line managers - Builds relationships with distributors/Excise departments and trade partners. - Ability to analyze data, scan the trade environment and take meaningful decisions. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and understand Sales processes. - Should be an influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to sell ideas to the regional team with strong conviction
