Cluster Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in managing and overseeing operations across multiple locations or stores within a cluster. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and operational skills to manage the performance, growth, and efficiency of the assigned cluster.


As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all locations within the cluster meet business objectives, maintain high operational standards, and provide exceptional customer service. You will lead and motivate a team of branch or store managers and work closely with other departments to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


- Cluster Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the cluster. Ensure operational excellence, adherence to company policies, and alignment with overall business objectives.

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of store/branch managers. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure each location achieves operational targets and maintains high standards of performance.

- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Analyze performance data and implement strategies to achieve targets and improve results.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth across the cluster. Identify opportunities for improving business performance, market share, and customer engagement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- 8 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably with experience in managing multiple locations, branches, or stores.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing, motivating, and developing teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
