1) Business development

a) Create opportunities within the cluster for growth of business- expansion into existing clients, hunting new clients in alignment with organization strategy

d) Work with global service lines for GTM planning and execution

2) Revenue management

a) Conversion of sales opportunities into revenue streams

b) Balanced portfolio of revenue streams- steady state v/s one timers

3) Profitability management

a) Margins management during sales process

b) Margins management in execution

c) Portfolio balance for long terms margin improvement and sustainability

4) Delivery governance

a) Participate fully in regular delivery cadence along with delivery leadership team

b) Delivery interventions to ensure client satisfaction while balancing profitability and growth

5) People management

a) Talent planning, hiring and retention

b) Leadership connect with teams
