Cluster HR Manager - FMCG (14-25 yrs)
- Broad job responsibilities Manage the implementation of various HR and IR initiatives at the cluster level including Contract Labour Management, Wage settlements
- Maintain all labour regulatory compliances within the policies and procedures of the company with the objective of maintaining harmonious working environment at the cluster, PMS implementation
- Employee Engagement, Initiate and manage learning and development initiatives, Help identify and develop key talent for the factory, Payroll, Recruitment, On-boarding, Welfare & Admin activities
Education Qualification: Post Graduate with Specialization in Human Resources Management
Experience (in years) - At least 13+ years of experience in a FMCG / Manufacturing set up with exposure to Unions and IR, Contract Labor Management, Wage settlements, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Assessment and development of employees at various levels, Managing interfaces with the Factory and External stakeholders (vendors / local govt. bodies) liasoning
