Urgent Opportunity -Cluster Head - Wealth Management Segment - HNI/UHNI - Bank

Reporting to : Regional Head

Location: Mumbai

Minimum 10+ years in Sales with at least 5+ years in Wealth

Management, preferably within a wealth platform or banking environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for acquiring new clients new to the firm (NTF), generating revenue, and maintaining relationships with HNI/UHNI and corporate clients, offering tailored wealth advisory services.

- Ensure consistent growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) and expand the book size.

- Support the team in advising affluent clients on investments, managing their financial portfolios, and deepening existing client relationships.

- Track and acquire new clients in the Affluent and Super Affluent segments, ensuring continuous business growth.

- Research and stay updated on market trends and investment opportunities to inform client portfolio decisions.

- Collaborate with the product and research teams to make informed investment decisions for clients.

- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Deliverables:

- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive

- Must have experience managing assets over 200 crore INR and a strong network of HNI clients in the region.

- Strong familiarity with the HNI/UHNI client segment, including market trends, client expectations, and service standards.

- Sales in the Mumbai region .

- To generate 3.5x revenue of direct CTC.

- Proficient in sales and relationship management within the banking or wealth management sector, with a focus on affluent clients.

- In-depth understanding of Wealth Management, including investment strategies, portfolio management, financial planning, and advisory services.

- Extensive knowledge of financial markets, products (equity, fixed income, alternative investments), and regulatory requirements.

- Ability to sell all asset classes ex. AIF, PMS, MF, PE Funds & all wealth management products.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with at least 4+ years of team handling experience.
