- Responsible for acquiring NTF (new to the firm) clients, revenue generation and maintenance of relationship with HNI/UHNI & corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services. Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.
- The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them , also supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTC
- Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales in the region
- Continuously improve the sales effectiveness Motivate and direct the sales team Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor
- Engage in brand building exercises by focussing on the research based strength of the company
Educational Qualifications : Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFI Experience: 10+ Years in Sales
