The purpose of this role is to guide and motivate the team of Private Relationship Managers for delivering target revenue and balance sheet growth from portfolio under management of "Private" preferred banking clients. The targets should be delivered using relationship management and tactical strategies to acquire new clients, deepen, cross sell, engagement of clients.
Sr. Key Responsibilities
1 Managing the CASA book - both ERV & NTB & the overall Wealth business.
2 Leading, guiding and mentoring a team of Preferred Banking Relationship Managers.
3 Managing the overall Trade & FX business as well as the Asset business of the Wealth team.
4 Ensuring 360 degree client engagement - "total client ownership".
5 Working closely with other Business units to leverage cross - sell opportunities.
6 Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes & guidelines.
7 Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team.
8 Strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals.
9 Ensuring team focus and consistent delivery across all products- Balance sheet, FX, Investment, asset products.
10 Hiring & retaining of competent team members.
11 Portfolio Analysis and alignment with client needs.
