Cluster Head - Sales - Pharma OTC (15-19 yrs)
- The incumbent will be responsible meeting the agreed and committed topline plans for the year for each category / brand and beating market share objectives
- Driving a P&L (top line and bottom line) double digit growth
- Direct marketing and sales activities to ensure that short- and long-range sales volumes and projects are achieved.
- Collaborating with product development team to implement product modifications or improvements to product line.
- Accountable for budgeting, business planning, sales force organization.
- Maintaining control of the operating budget, delivering both top-line and bottom line
- Leading commercial discussions with Business Development teams to forge new opportunities or initiate new business teams to develop product supply and delivery.
- Overseeing the development of sales processes and pricing models
- Life Cycle management which anticipates and serves a customer need/solution approach for key brands
- Identifying new markets, customers and geographies, and applications to assure volume growth
- Candidate with 15+ years of experience in the sales function.
- Should have mandatory experience in one of the therapy areas like OTC/Consumer Healthcare OR Derma.
- Should have experience in scaling up businesses.
- Good exposure in multiple geographies in India as it is a national-level role
