LOCATION :
Gurgaon
ROLE : CLUSTER HEAD SALES
- Manage a team of 50-60 agents along with 5-7 Team Leads
- Monitor sales and collection progress closely
- Work with team to identify roadblocks and work to solve them proactively
- Work with leadership team to plan and solve for sales efficiency process and implementation to new tools
- Will recruit, train and incubate high quality sales resources at scale
- Will run programs to enable the new recruits to hit phase-1 milestones in 15 and 30 days
- Needs to be data driven
Experience :
- Past experience in leading sales teams and delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work in a fast paced start up environment
- Sales in insurance / ed tech would be a plus
