Cluster Head - Road Projects (10-20 yrs)
- The incumbent is responsible for developing and improvising the operating processes and systems for O&M Roads and Bridges in line with Concession Agreements.
- S/he provides guidance for a streamlined, efficient and high-quality functioning of operations and maintenance by auditing adherence to SOPs on sites. Monitors environment in the region for potential threats to revenue and develops risk mitigation strategy. Also, plans mobilization of people and material for new projects and trains managers in handling the same. Setting up Operations in New SPV
Key Responsibilities :
a. Study and implement relevant international best practices on project sites
b. Identify any potential revenue leakage threats and device and implement risk mitigation strategy
c. Ensure compliance to Concession Agreement. Build service levels in SOPs and ensure these are met through audits
d.Travel regularly to project sites to monitor adherence to process
