Cluster Head - Retail Banking

Job Description :

- Responsible for increasing the Bank's market share, profitability and entire volume on its range of Banking products, third party products & services in the designated area.

- Should be able to evaluate market needs, explore opportunities and evolve marketing & sales strategies accordingly and also promote cross selling.

- Responsible for overall administration, MIS reporting, compliance and service quality of branches in the cluster.

Desired Candidate :

- Profile: Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 12+ years of Experience in Retail Banking with focus on Retail Banking sales, with at least 5 years as Branch Head. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must.

- Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.
