Job Description - 1. Overall responsible for the Region operations including Sales, Customer handling, team management, business development, cost management and Revenue generation of all the Branches under the Region . 2. Cascade the targets received at Regional level to Branch levels. 3. Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region. 4. Liaising with top HNI clients. 5. Leading the team of Branch Managers and Managers at Regional office to ensure optimum productivity. 6. Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party products. Experience - Should have at least 15 years of Banking experience, particularly handling Senior Management role in Banking Operations, Managing team of 15-20 people.
