JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop and execute tactical Sales plans ; achieving the committed numbers is the key to this role
- Managing, training, motivating and retaining the team and helping them to achieve their KRAs and targets
- Maintaining relationships with Heads and Senior Management of top real estate Developers
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Experience of handling a team of at least 5 ppl
- 3+ years of experience in handling B2B Sales (real estate or home loan experience preferred)
- Experience in financial sales preferred but not necessary
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION :
- MBA / Graduate
- 6 days a week including Sunday (Any week day off)
