Our Client is leading radio channel, focusing on expanding and developing a international presence and a digital footprint. Having this objective in mind they are looking to hire a Cluster Head for Mumbai
Description :
- Achieving revenue targets for the cluster
- Responsible for managing the P&L for the cluster
- Responsible for all the content going on air including show format and designs
- Managing a team for Jocks, content, revenue, marketing and other functions
- Responsible to formulate strategies and explore new business avenues for the channel
- Liasoning with internal and external stake holders at all times
Profile:
- A well rounded business driven candidate with leadership skills to manage diverse functions
- Post Graduate from a batch the 2006-2007 from a Top 30 B-school is a must
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing and business development
- Should have handled a team of 4-6 people directly in the past
- Strong business acumen to read and spot trends in industry and execute strategy
- Candidates from FMCG, FMCD, Retail and Telecom are preferred
- Media candidates may not apply
