MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience - A graduate in Engineering preferebly with MBA in Operations or Post Graduate in Industrial Engineering with at 15-18 years of experience
- Business Understanding Certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional with expertise and successful track record in implementing Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean Enterprise, TPS, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, TQM, Six Sigma, Kanban /5-S/Visual Workplace, Poka Yoka etc. in her/ his previous job
- Understanding of the Formulations and API Manufacturing Process

5 MIS Updates & Review Meetings FULL Timely MIS updates & support to PM

Program Manage the critical CI projects, Guide team to provide MIS updates (Cost Improvements, Total Savings Reports) to Project Management; Participate in weekly project meetings, fortnightly meetings with Department Heads (Project Managers, PD), Monthly Review Meetings with Head of CTO & FTO Operations, Quarterly Review Meetings with GMO Head, Monthly meetings with Marketing, SCM and RA IN ORDER TO support timely updates are sent to senior leaders
