Cluster Head - Luxury Watch Segment (8-20 yrs)
Position Overview: The Cluster Head will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our luxury watch brand in the designated cluster/region. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can effectively manage the sales and operations teams, drive revenue growth, and uphold our brand's image and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the cluster/region.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team to deliver exceptional results and uphold the brand's values.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats. Adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. Coordinate with the supply chain team to meet customer demands.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cluster, regularly reporting on progress and making data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage the cluster's budget effectively, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the brand's image and reputation for luxury and quality through impeccable store presentation and adherence to brand standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements within the cluster/region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience of 7 - 20 years in the luxury segment, with a track record of successful sales and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market, including customer preferences and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
