- CASA, Term deposits, SME and Retail Asset products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing and growing various banking business viz., CASA, Term Deposit, SME and Retail Asset business.

- Driving a team of 25 Branch Heads and 4 ASMs to achieve their branch business targets in assets and liabilities.

- Responsible for profitability of individual branch by improving branch income and cost reduction.

- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.

- Monitoring the process to ensure the service quality.

- Responsible for SMA collection to avoid NPA slippage.
