Responsibilities :
There Are Two Positions Cluster Head and Group Cluster Head
- Manage a team of private wealth Relationship Managers/Cluster Managers
- Must have HNI and UHNI Clients
- Effectively communicate sales targets and plans to achieve the same to the team
- Identify the training needs of the team and train them on the same
- Continuously motivate the team
- Implement sales strategies to drive growth in business volumes through customer acquisitions.
- Possible Team Movement possible depends upon revenue and AUM Size
- Achieve self & team's targets
- Identify market opportunities to acquire customers
- Optimally allocate resources, achieve his/her personal & team's sales targets
- Looking for candidates with experience in private wealth / wealth management
