Job Description :

- P&L Ownership & Business building

- Drive growth, implement new strategies and responsible for profitability of the region

- Team Handling ( Maximum 5 )

- Responsible for overall performance of assigned group of assigned territory.

- Conduct and attend regional meetings for assigned regions.

- Activities to be conducted in outside towns

- Minimum 3 in a month (requires outbound travel).

- Handling all sales & marketing related activities.

- Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients, industry conventions events and seminars.

- Maintain overall productivity and ensure the performance of the team.

- Direct Brand Management
