Job Description :
- BDM/Cluster Head will be expected to lead the company's drive to expand in the cluster assigned to them by travelling across the region and pitching our B2B solution to an educational institution
- Take ownership of lead conversion and client retention to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales
- Follow up with clients, negotiate with decision-makers and convert leads into sales
- Build, train & manage a business development team in their cluster, and subsequently build teams for the new market
- Establish systems and practices in the start-up to build a framework for future business development and client management initiatives
- Personally handle high-value clients & coaching institutes
- Understand the client's requirements and prepare quotations according to their needs
- Manage all accounts and build healthy relations with existing clients and prospects in the cluster
- Ensure maximum conversion of leads to sales.
Key Skills :
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi & regional language
- Expertise in developing & executing business development process & strategies
- Entrepreneurial and passionate about Sales
- Innovative & self-starter.
- Previous team handling experience preferred
Qualification :
- Graduate or post-grad from premium college
- 1 - 4 years of B2B Sales & Account Management experience
Compensation : 7-9 LPA
