Cluster Head-Branch Banking - Would be responsible to achieve the sales target assigned. - Handling the Team of BM , BOM , BSM.. - New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Branch Banking/Retail Liability Business. - Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and managing overdue collections. - Team Motivation/ Training. - Giving Product training to existing and newly hired teams. - Manage both internal & external channels for business expansion & development - Coordination with other departments like Credit, and Operations for processing of loans till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing and operations. - Shall be responsible for Overdue Collections & Revenue generation process. - Shall be managing the entire Karnataka , AP & Telangana Region.
