About the position :
1.Designation - Regional Business Manager (Cluster head)- Branch Operations- 8 Branches
2.Industry - Banking- Our client is a well reputed Bank in Microfinance Lending
3.Location - Bangalore
4. Exp: 12 + years with last 4 years in Branch handling (Handling min 500cr +book size)
5. CTC - As per the Company
Number of Branch - 8 to be handled
Current Team size - 100 to be handled
Reports to: Sr. Regional Business Manager (Regional Head)
L2 Reporting : Branch banking Head- South 2 (Zonal Head)
Responsibility at large :
1. Business Growth as per specified target
2. Managing P&L for the cluster
3. Enhancement of productivity of the team
4. Managing employee turnover
5. Managing the legal and compliance aspect of the branch
- Someone who is managing a large branch in any of the private bank
- Candidate should be hands on with Bangalore Market
- Knowledge of Local language is a plus but not mandatory
- Kindly note that this role would be responsible for 1000cr book spanning across 10branches of Bangalore City. We need Branch Managers who are managing large book in competition bank.
