Cluster Head - Automotive Sector - Global Consulting Firm (4-12 yrs)
At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.
Our client, a prominent global consulting firm, is currently engaged in a project for a major player in the automotive industry. Their objective is to establish a digital resale platform for their client.
For this effort, they are looking to onboard a Cluster Head to join their team.
Below summarises the roles and responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of all allocated tasks and developing used tractor dealers within the tractor world ecosystem.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the dealers within the allocated territories which includes managing sales, supply of tractors etc.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and dealers in the cluster.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the cluster, including sales figures, market share, and any challenges or opportunities.
- Overseeing the management of used tractors in the cluster. This includes sourcing, quality assessment, pricing, and inventory turnover.
- Manage the logistics and distribution network within the cluster to ensure efficient delivery of used tractors to customers and dealers.
Experience required:
- 3-5 years of prior experience in the tractor industry is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively at all levels.
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 4-5-month contract. The selected professional will be required to travel to Kalaburagi, Raichur, Bijapur for the duration of the project.
