A leading Alco-bev/Beverages company known for its exceptional portfolio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as a Market Head. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and market share of company's products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market data and sales reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in the FMCG/FMCD/Alco-bev industry, with a proven track record of success.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute, specializing in marketing, sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Alco-bev industry/Beverage/FMCG market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving results.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
